Asset tracking guides for company equipment
Quick answer
Use these guides to build a fixed asset register in Biznsbook, load the equipment you already own from Excel, print QR code tag labels, check equipment out and in with a custody history, and assign assets to employees who may not have a login. Each guide follows the screens in Fixed Assets Tracking.
What you will find in this guide cluster
Fixed Assets Tracking keeps one record per physical item — laptops, vehicles, machines, furniture, tools — with an asset tag, serial, cost, vendor, warranty, location and custodian. A dashboard shows what is in use, what is available, overdue loans, assets in repair and warranties about to expire. It is separate from the accounting register of Finance fixed assets.
