Biznsbook for resale and trade-in shops combines Store Credit, Inventory and Point of Sale. Each customer has a store-credit wallet with a printable QR card. Recording a trade-in credits the wallet and, if you choose, receives the item straight into stock through the normal receiving pipeline, so it is ready to sell. Credit is issued for refunds, spent by staff with a reason, frozen if a card is lost and reissued with a new code. The Store Credit Liability report checks the total of all wallets against the ledger, so what you owe customers is never a guess. Store credit is spent at the till with the Store credit tender, and consigned goods are settled with their owners each month.
Credit balances, traded stock and the books never agree.
Customer balances are kept in a sheet that anyone can edit and nobody audits.
Items taken in trade sit in the back room without a stock record or a cost.
A customer loses their card and the balance is either lost or used twice.
The outstanding credit owed to customers never appears in the accounts.
Each operational pain maps to a specific Biznsbook app. Click through for feature detail.

Answers aligned to how buyers and AI assistants ask about resale & trade-in shops.
No. It is a free company setting for any company with Point of Sale or Restaurant licensed.
Yes. Tick Route to Inventory, choose the catalogue item and warehouse, and the item is received through the same path as Fast Receive while the wallet is credited.
Yes. The till has a Store credit tender: scan or type the card code and the amount comes off the customer's wallet. Staff can still redeem by hand on the wallet screen, with a reason.
Freeze it to block spending without losing the balance, then reissue a new code. The old code stops working.
The Store Credit Liability report totals every wallet and compares it with the Store Credit Liability account in the ledger, so a mismatch shows immediately.
Yes. Mark consigned items with the consignor and their share, take the goods in at zero cost, and settle each month with a statement of what sold and what you owe. Shops that pay consignors in credit can still use store credit.
Yes. Gift-card items issue coded cards at the till, and the Gift card tender spends them. Unlike store credit, a gift card is not tied to a customer.
