Memberships & Fees keeps the plans you sell and the people on them. A plan is either recurring (billed weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or per academic term) or a pack of sessions sold once. Each period raises a charge, which becomes a draft sales invoice when Sales is licensed, and credits pay for bookings at the front desk.
✓Recurring plans and packs — Unlimited or a number of visits per period, packs with an expiry, joining fees.
✓Member and payer — The member uses the plan; a parent, guardian or company can pay.
✓Discounts and scholarships — A percent off every charge, with a reason.
✓Arrears — Charges not yet invoiced and invoices with a balance, with the total owed.

Yes. Set the payer on the membership; invoices go to the payer while the student remains the member.
How do class packs expire?
Give the pack a validity in days. Unused credits expire with it and the credit history records it.
Can staff earn commission?
Yes. Commission rules pay a percent of the service price and/or a fixed amount per completed booking, sent to payroll.
Do I need the Bookings app?
No. Companies with Service Billing & Collections can use Memberships & Fees for fee plans; Bookings adds paying for bookings with credits.
