Add the Analyse data with AI step to a Business Automation workflow with a Schedule trigger. Choose a Run as person, and send the answer to up to 10 of your users; anyone who may not see all the data is skipped.

Show the data
Beside every answer, The data it used lists each table the analyst read, with numbered rows. Each figure shows where it came from, such as sales.weeks#1, so you can check it in seconds.
Runs and audit
Runs lists every analysis, including refused ones: when, the question, the kinds of data, the model and region, tokens and cost. Settings history shows who turned analysis on or off, with which model and data.

Built So Data Stays Where It Belongs
Sending business data to an AI model is your company's decision. AI Analyst is off by default and stays inside the rules you set.
- The AI never writes SQL. Data comes from server-side data packs and SiteAdmin-reviewed, isolation-tested queries on a read-only login with row-level company isolation
- It reads only what the asking person may see: their module permissions plus data classes (Operations, Customers, Finance, Margins, HR, Payroll, Personal data)
- Margins, HR, Payroll and Personal data each need their own right
- Answers are emailed only to your own users who may see the same data, never by SMS, WhatsApp, webhooks or to outside addresses

Your AI Account, Your Limits
You bring your own API key from an approved provider, for example Anthropic Claude, and pay the provider for what you use, usually a few cents per analysis.

Add your approved model
In AI Analyst → Settings, choose a model under Set up an approved AI model and paste your API key.
Turn analysis on
Choose that model, tick the kinds of data the analyst may send to it, tick the agreement box and click Save and turn on.
Give people the role
In Management → Users, give people the AI Analyst User role, plus any sensitive data rights they need.
Ask or run a brief
Ask your first question in AI Analyst → Ask, or create a brief and click Run now.
Schedule it
With Business Automation, add Analyse data with AI to a scheduled workflow and choose who receives the answer.

What is Biznsbook AI Analyst?
AI Analyst is an AI business analyst for your Biznsbook company. You ask a question in plain words, it reads the relevant numbers from Biznsbook and explains what changed, why it matters and what to do next. Each figure in the answer shows the row of data it came from.
How much does AI Analyst cost?
AI Analyst is an add-on at $10 per company per month, and no other module is required. Your company brings its own API key from an approved AI provider, for example Anthropic Claude, and pays the provider for what it uses, usually a few cents per analysis. Scheduled analysis in workflows also needs Business Automation.
How does it make sure the numbers are right?
Every figure in an answer is checked against the data the server read. An answer that quotes a number not in the data is rejected and the AI gets one retry; if it still does not match, the analysis fails with "did not match the data" and nothing is shown. Show the data puts the exact tables beside the answer.
Does the AI write SQL against our database?
No. The AI never writes SQL. Data comes from server-side data packs and from SiteAdmin-reviewed, isolation-tested catalogue queries that run on a read-only login with row-level company isolation.
Can someone see data through the analyst that they cannot see in Biznsbook?

Where can answers be sent?

Does Biznsbook see or sell our data?
No. The data goes from your company to the AI model you chose, on your own account. Biznsbook keeps only the answer and the tables in your company's own records.
Can AI Analyst change our data?
No. It reads and explains; it never changes your data. It analyses one company at a time. Company Group analysis is planned for group owners.
What limits apply?
Each person can ask about 6 questions a minute, a company can run 50 analyses in 24 hours, and your company sets a monthly token limit. A brief covers 7 to 60 days of data, a conversation holds up to 20 questions, and a scheduled analysis goes to at most 10 recipients.
