CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) up to 10 MB. Each target includes downloadable sample CSV and Excel templates with comments on required fields, key fields, and validation rules to help you format data correctly.
Upsert combines insert and update in one job. New rows are created; existing rows matching the key field are updated. Use Insert for brand-new data, Update to modify existing records only, or Upsert when migrating a mix of new and existing records.
Failed rows are captured individually — successful rows still import. Export a CSV showing row number, field name, and error message. Fix the problem rows in your spreadsheet and re-import without re-processing successful records.
