Biznsbook for security, cleaning and facilities firms combines Labour Scheduling, HR, Payroll and Service Billing. Each client site is a labour location. Managers build weekly rosters from shift templates, get coverage alerts when a position is under-staffed, and approve swaps. Staff clock in on the web or with printed QR codes, optionally only near the site's GPS location, and timesheets flow to payroll. Clients are billed through monthly retainers or service jobs, payments are recorded against them, and equipment such as radios, floor machines and vehicles is tracked with maintenance plans.
Uncovered sites, padded timesheets and invoices that go out late.
A guard or cleaner does not turn up and nobody sees the gap until the client calls.
Hours are written on paper and nobody can prove who was on site.
Overtime and rest rules are checked after payroll, not when the roster is built.
Monthly contract invoices are prepared by hand and slip into the next month.
Each operational pain maps to a specific Biznsbook app. Click through for feature detail.

On the web or by typing a printed QR or clock code. You can require the browser location to be near the site before clock-in is accepted. Biometric clock-in is not available.
Yes, when swap requests are switched on. Managers approve swaps and drops in one queue, and open shifts can be claimed if you allow it.
Use a monthly retainer in Service Billing and Collections, or raise service jobs or sales invoices. Payments are recorded and allocated against the client.
Not yet. Timesheets feed payroll and labour cost; client billing is a monthly retainer or a service job you raise.
